Synopsis
Made by eighth-to-eleventh-grade students of Colegio Isaac Rabin between April and October 2004, filmed at the old Palo Seco leprosarium in Veracruz, Panama, a few years before it closed.
Of the six patients with Hansen's disease still living at the Palo Seco hospital, three, Rosa Fuentes, Ruth Thompson and Ricardo Thompson, generously gave us interviews. The other three did not take part, for personal or health reasons: Juan de León, Calixto Frías and Robustiano Ruiz.
